and the main thing you see the police doing is giving tickets because you were going too above some posted limit or parked in the wrong place at the wrong time. They should be focused on making the world a better place not taking more money. I doubt someone going 55 in a 45 is going to make much of a difference of someone going 35 in a 35. If either ever crashed, there would be major damage and thats when the cops should step in. But the cops are just doing their jobs; give tickets. Wanna change it? become a politician. If not just go to court and debate it. Either way you will most likely pay the fine. Just bite the bullet and move on. It's just a slash on the driving record. Yea, your insurance may go up, but it won't stay up forever.
